We offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that returns for holiday-specific items must be initiated before December 20th to qualify for a full refund.
Are your Christmas lights and electronic decorations energy-efficient?
Yes, 95% of our lighting collection uses high-efficiency LED technology, which consumes significantly less power and lasts longer than traditional incandescent bulbs.
Do you offer international shipping for large furniture items?
Currently, we ship small to medium decor items worldwide. Larger furniture pieces and oversized artificial trees are restricted to shipping within the continental United States and Canada.
How can I track my order status?
