At merry-christmas.co, we want your home to be filled with holiday cheer; if your festive decor isn't quite right, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original packaging and unused condition to ensure a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your ornaments, trees, or linens in their original boxes, ensuring all fragile components are securely padded.

  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
